From there our team drafts a day-by-day route, matching parks, conservancies, and camps to your interests and budget, and shares it back with you for feedback. This is the stage where the trip gets shaped: swap a lodge for a tented camp, add a day, cut a transfer, insert a cultural visit. We go back and forth until the plan feels right, not until we run out of time to argue about it.

Once the route is set, we handle the parts that are invisible from the outside but make or break a trip on the ground — internal flight logistics between airstrips, park permits and conservation fees, vehicle and guide assignments matched to your group size, and contingency planning for the inevitable weather delay or full moon that changes when the animals move. A dedicated guide travels with you for the ground portion of most itineraries, someone who knows not just where the animals are but how to read a morning and adjust the day's plan on the fly.
